DRYER / Condensation Dryer

The AMD dryers are a combination of technical solutions and original designs.

AMD dryers are a combination of using technical solutions with an original design supported by extensive laboratory testing and achieving the goal of innovative development.

ACT DRYERS ALUMINUM TECHNOLOGIES DIRECT TO ENERGY SAVING

The dryers with the development of the ACT series (Aluminum Cooling Technology), focused on reduce energy consumption. Main features are:

  • low pressure drop even with load variances;
  • low power consumption thanks to the ALU-DRY heat exchanger, high efficiency compressors, innovative hot gas bypass valve and zero loss drain condensate system (from ACT 180 included);
  • constant pressure Dew Point;
  • functionally even at maximum working conditions (air 70 ° C and 50 ° C)

 Compressed air dryers with the development of the ACT series (Aluminum Cooling Technology), aimed at reducing energy consumption.The main features are:

  • low pressure drop even under load;
  • Low power consumption thanks to ALU-dry heat exchanger, high efficiency compressors, innovative hot gas by-pass valve and zero loss condensate drainage system (from ACT 180);
  • constant pressure dew point with different load conditions;
  • functionally even at maximum working conditions (air inlet 70 ° C and temperature 50 ° C)

HDT DRYERS HEATLESS ADSORPTION FOR COMPRESSED AIR PURIFICATION

In some industry (electronics, pharmaceutical, food preparation, pneumatic conveying, etc.) or for installations with external pipe work, a pressure of + 3 ° C from a refrigerant dryer is not sufficient.

For these applications, a heat-free adsorption dryer is required to supply compressed air at a DewPoint of down pressure.

The HDT heatless adsorption dryers consist of two parallel vessels filled with adsorption material (molecular sieve). While compressed air is dried in one tower, the second tower, with just come off line, is regenerated.

A small amount of compressed air is used for this purpose.

In some industries (electronics, pharmaceutical, food preparation, pneumatic transport, etc.) Or for equipment with external pipe work, dew point pressure of + 3 ° C from refrigerant dryer is not enough.

For these applications, a low dew point pressure-free adsorption dryer is required.

These HDT non-heated Adsorption Dryers consist of two parallel containers filled with adsorbent material (molecular sieve). While compressed air is dried in one tower, the other saturated towers that have just come off-line are regenerated.

A small amount of dried compressed air is used for this purpose.

PLH DRYERS HIGH PRESSURE

PLH series (high pressure dryers for compressed air systems up to 50 barg) makes the most of manufacturing and functional advantages of brazed plate heat exchangers, which are more suitable for high pressure working conditions (on models PLH 15-500).
All  stainless steel plate heat exchangers are manufactured by primary companies and are specifically designed for air dryer applications and certified for high pressure (up to 50 barg).

The refrigerant circuit and demister type condensate separator are projected and dimensioned to increase dryer performance, and comply with the 97/23 / CE-PED directive.

Main features are:

  • simple and ergonomic component layouts guarantee functionality and efficiency;
  • excellent performance due to pressure drop and constant pressure Dew Point;
  • dryer design is very attractive both aesthetically and two tone cabinet.

HIGH PRESSURE

The PLH series (high pressure dryers for compressed air systems up to 50 Barg) makes most of the production and functional benefits of heat exchangers more suited to high pressure working conditions (for PLH 15-500 models).
All stainless steel heat exchangers  are used by manufactured primary companies and are specially designed for air dryer applications and certified for high pressure (up to 50 Barg).

The cooling circuit and demisting condensate separator type are designed and rated to increase dryer performance, and comply with the 97/23 / CE-PED directive.

The main advantages are:

  • the simple and ergonomic layout of components ensures functionality and efficiency;
  • excellent performance due to low pressure drop and constant dew point;
  • The dryer design is very attractive as aesthetically with a two tone wardrobe and virtually with a sturdy case.

AMH DRYERS FOR HIGH INLET TEMPERATURE

 AMD series, evolving it into AMH synonymous with quality at high temperature.

It incorporates a drier and aftercooler in a single unit; its strongpoint is the latest technologies in compact design without sacrificing perfomance in extreme operating conditions.

The AMH series was designed in the utmost respect for the environment thanks to the use of ecological refrigerant fluids and the choice of recyclable manufacturing materials.

 The AMD series of dryers has developed into AMH synonymous with high temperature / performance.

Includes dryers and cooler in a single unit; Its strength is that it contains all the latest technology in a compact design, without sacrifing perfomance in extreme operating conditions.

The AMH series has been designed with the utmost respect for the environment for using environmentally friendly refrigerant fluids and selecting recyclable manufacturing materials.

AHT DRYERS FOR HIGH INLET TEMPERATURE

AHT series includes an aftercooler, a pre-filter and a dryer in a single unit; and it is a modern evolution and product already introduced in the market from Friulair, but update with latest technologies.

The AHT range includes an aftercooler, pre-filter and dryer in one unit; and it is a modern product development already launched by FRIULAIR, but an update with the latest technology.

PCD DRYERS FOR COLD AIR OUTLET

PCD dryers (Process Chiller-Dryer) are dedicated to specific manufacturing divisions, where it is Necessary and compressed air temperature equal to Dew-Point, as injection molding industry or food cold pressing process, etc .

PCD Dryers (Process Cooler-Dryer) focuses on certain specific manufacturing divisions where compressed air temperature is required equal to dew point, such as injection molding or cold food stamping process etc.
